The service process begins with reliable's friendly and experienced customer service staff contacting the customer to set an appointment.
The evening before the appointment, the customer will receive an automated call from our proprietary Automated Customer Contact System to tell them their time frame and give them some preliminary information and instructions on the Service process.
This call will be repeated the morning of service.
The customer will receive another automated call when the technician leaves the previous stop and is on the way to the next home.
