After we receive confirmation of your project details as described in your order confirmation, Meyer Wells will allow a maximum of one hour of work time per item related to subsequent changes without additional charges.
This work includes communication by email, phone, any rework on drawings, time spent creating or providing additional samples, material re-selection, etc.
All additional time spent on post-sale communication regarding specification changes (whether changes are implemented or not) will be billed at our hourly rate.
