Our furniture carries a 12 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Deterioration or faults which hinder your ability to use your furniture are considered defects.
All wood products react over time to their surrounding environment, causing changes in color and small movement in the wood components due to absorption/release of moisture.
Movements such as these can cause minor surface cracks or checks which are normal and do not affect the usability of your furniture.
Occasionally this movement will cause a component to become loose and unstable causing a defect requiring maintenance and or replacement.
