TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Customer is authorizing for payment to go through. 15% cancelation fee before merchandise has been ordered. Any special order of merchandise cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason after the order is placed. Any and all deposits and payments made on special order items returned or cancelled will be forfeited. Any merchandise that under unusual circumstances is allowed to be returned or exchanged is subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Exchange only within 10 days. Customer has the right to decline delivery if furniture is damaged. Delivery can take up 15 days to 30 days. There can be no return of any mattress for any reason once it is removed from the plastic or other protective cover and/or removed from store property. Any discussion concerning a return or exchange must be addressed with the store manger in the store from which the merchandise was purchased.
