In fact, we still make our furniture the same way we used to; by hand in our Statesville, North Carolina factory. But we have also embraced techniques and machinery that have advanced the quality and productivity of our factory. Our finishes now run through a semi-automated hanging finishing line with multiple passes through our drying oven providing a more durable finish.
Many of our parts are now produced using CNC technology which makes for a more consistent and accurate parts manufacturing operation which translates into the best quality of product we have ever produced.
