The Strip Joint Inc - Furniture Stripping, Refinishing & Repairs was started by Jim Willey in 1983.
Jim had worked with refinishing and selling furniture most of his life, turning it into a business.
Jim's daughter, Kristan Willey Riffe, worked with Jim for many years, learning the trade from her father.
Along the way, Kristan married David, and they would both work at the shop with Jim.
In 2012, Jim developed serious health issues, and was no longer able to work.
Kristan and David took the business over at that time, while tending to Jim.
