David Lee Designs, founded in 1992, creates handcrafted furniture and wood products one piece at a time. Our products are made in Northwestern Pennsylvania using traditional woodworking techniques and materials. We cater to the senior and assisted living industries, hospitality, interior design and select small retailers. We build to customer specifications as well as offering standard product made to order.

As we are a wholesale manufacturer that sells only to dealers and designers, this price list is not available to the individual consumer.
Individual consumers should contact their interior designer or local retail furniture store for more information.
We require a copy of your resale certificate before we can provide wholesale pricing, so please include that with your fax or email.

Sketches and specifications should be faxed to our factory so a custom quote can be prepared.
Regardless of your credit terms, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time you place your order for this custom item.
A Request For Payment will be sent for the balance closer to your estimated ship date.
There will be no refund of your deposit if you cancel your custom order after you return your signed confirmation.
Custom items and/or finishes do not qualify for N30 terms or any special offer or discount.

All David Lee product is warranted against manufacturer defect for one year from the date of original purchase from the factory.
Defect returns will not be accepted without prior authorization, and defective merchandise will be replaced as closely as possible with like style and finish, at the discretion of the factory.
Photographs must be emailed to the factory for approval before return or replacement authorization can be issued.
Please note that shrinking, non-threatening cracks, visible knots and eventual crackling of the finish are not considered defects, as they are the acceptable end results of our finishing process.
