Our Dunlap Furniture family has a proud military background.
My father, Wilbur Truby Dunlap, enlisted in the U.S. Army when he was 18.
I was born while we were stationed in Munich, Germany.
We then received orders to relocate to Ft. Gordon, Georgia and then on to Ft. Bragg, N.C.
Our family stayed in Fayetteville/ Ft.
Bragg area where my mom met and married Master Sergeant James Franklin Allee.
James is a Korean and Vietnam war veteran.
My son, Thomas T. Dunlap, has followed in their footsteps by also joining the U.S. Army.
