I am from GA and placed an order for a sectional before making a 2 week trip to Oregon. Sadly, the fabric I chose was not available and I was in a complete panic due to a time frame I am on! Emmett, without question, pulled out fabric swatches for me to look at and was patient as I thumbed through over and over to pick a new one. M. Jacobs made no money from helping me today and didn't bat an eye.
