Gamburg's Furniture
Gamburg's Furniture has been a part of the Hatboro community, and a family tradition for more than 90 years. Originally located on North York Road, Gamburg's Furniture began in 1930 by Michael Gamburg, and has since been owned by three generations of Gamburgs. In 1946 the furniture store grew in size when his sons, Lou and Sam, joined their father to carry on the family tradition.

Soon the new store was moved to its present location, just one block south from where it started. Shortly thereafter, even the new store was out of space and large expansions were made in 1963. I joined my father, Lou, and my uncle, Sam, in 1962. In 1970 the store again was expanded. Now, after many more updates and renovations, Gamburg's has a 50,000 square foot showroom filled with all the latest in on-trend home furnishings.

Today, for more than 90 years, I continue our family's long tradition of bringing value, quality, style and service to Gamburg's customers. In 2003 I received the distinguished Greater Hatboro Chamber of Commerce "Service in Business Award, " 21 years after my father received the same honor.
