AC Furniture Company, Inc. (ACF) is one of the country's largest contract manufacturers of seating for the hospitality, healthcare and food service industry. In continuous operation since 1977, ACF is a privately held VA company and employs over 400 people. ACF maintains a combined 1,000,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space. We stock 300,000 - 400,000 raw frames at all times to serve our customer needs and we operate three machine rooms everyday to manufacture items not stocked.
Fabrics offered by ACF meet industry proven standards and include modestly priced upholstery choices for price sensitive installations. With a choice of over 2,000 color ways, many selections meet (or exceed) minimum abrasion resistance standards of 30,000 double rubs on wire and cotton.
In addition, all standard fabrics are formulated to meet the small scale flammability test requirements for upholstered materials contained in specifications such as California Technical Bulletin 117, Section E; Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 302; UFAC Class I; NFPA 260; and BIFMA Class I.
