Isaac Matthew Hall and Mary Gladys Hall moved to Winchester from Winfield, AL in 1949 after purchasing a furniture store from E.H. Lehman.
Isaac had been managing Lehman's Winfield, AL store prior to moving to Winchester.
Isaac's extensive furniture experience made his store successful for many years to come.
Isaac and Mary brought their 5 children (Elbert, Don, Jerry, Patsy, and Glenda) with them to Winchester.
Isaac managed the Winchester store for many years before sons, Don and Jerry, and daughter, Patsy, assumed responsibilities.
