The management of Business Furniture Services has been providing delivery, installation, reconfiguration, relocation and storage services since 1980. Our unique approach to managing a project begins with a thorough evaluation of the scope of work; determining phasing options and time requirements. We review floor plans and inspect the proposed job site.

We provide in writing, the scope of work and the estimated cost. During the installation process, the installation manager will advise the project manager of any discrepancies and provide alternative or interim action to maintain the operational status of the end user. We identify and initiate action to resolve punch list items as they arise during the installation process.
Services
Participation in pre-installation meetings and monitor the job site to identify and resolve any delivery and installation issues.
Cross reference product received with product ordered and provide same day receiving reports.
Provide notices of short shipped product and/or damaged product with photos and serial numbers.
Communicate immediately any change orders or discrepancies during the installation process.
Business Furniture Services maintains a 15,000 square foot warehouse in Irwindale California.
