Stretch strap past side of chair as far as needed.
Fold strap across frame either above or below the hole you intend to use.
Hold strap securely to chair with palm of hand, flip strap around frame and insert pin through strap and into hole.
Push slack around to make second wrap tight as you release palm of hand and align strap.
