I learned the trade of fine furniture restoration and re-upholstery from my father in Italy, who learned it from his father and grandfather, and on back for five generations.
My father was a true old world craftsman who taught me to treat each piece I work on with pride and reverence.
Since coming to America in 1982, I've restored and reupholstered over 10,000 chairs, sofas and love seats.
Some were fine antique originals, but most were ordinary chairs people had grown attached to.
I've manage to keep up with trends and improve my techniques and I'm always looking forward to new challenges.
