Crandall Office Furniture opened in May of 2002 providing used and refurbished seating to the office furniture dealer community.
Since then we have grown to 15 full time employees in a 34,000 square foot facility.
We have developed, tooled and produce proprietary chair components which we use in our refurbishing process and provide to other dealers along with many other hard to find parts.
Our chairs qualify for LEED certification points assisting our customers to minimize their environmental impact while saving capital.

Through many years of hard work and sacrifice, Steve has proven hard work does pay off and is the true definition of a leader.
In his free time, Steve enjoys downhill skiing, sailing, woodworking, and spending time with his wife of over 40 years, Joyce at their family cabin on an island in the U.P. of Michigan.
Steve and David are restoring a 1939 mahogany Chris Craft which we hope to have in the water for next years boat show.

On Chairs, this warranty covers the entire chair, not just the parts we replace.
Crandall Office Furniture will evaluate each warranty claim and either send replacement parts to fix the chair, or replace the chair or part entirely based on the nature of the claim.
Labor or tools to complete repairs are not included.
We will never require you to send your chair in at your expense to be worked on or repaired.
