All of their furniture is constructed in their factory by seasoned, educated hands using the best materials and old-world techniques in Portland, Oregon USA. It is exquisite craftsmanship, unparalleled integrity, superior construction and insightful design.
Biltwell and Castellano Furniture are family owned businesses whose roots run deep in the Northwest. Using alder wood that comes from the Northwest and foam that is made in Portland, not somewhere overseas. Their springs are made from recycled steel and batting material made from recycled drink bottles. All of their manufacturing waste is either reused or recycled.
