K&J Design Group was founded in 2013 by Kristy and JJ Ortega. As a boutique outfit focusing on luxury homes in Atlanta, GA, K&J Design Group quickly established themselves as the industry leader for staging and decorating high-end properties. Their expertise was developed from a combination of being professional home managers, to facilitating the staging of hundreds of homes for realtors throughout the Atlanta real estate market.
In 2016, K&J Design Group opened their first furniture store offering gorgeous and unique furnishings to the public at affordable prices. Soon after, the concept of "Warehouse Sales" was born and remains to be their benchmark for optimal exposure throughout the Southeast. In the summer of 2017, Kristy and JJ expanded their brand to the Emerald Coast where they have partnered with many of the top luxury real estate professionals and builders.

We are an all-inclusive design firm specializing in full home interiors with style, comfort and functionality in mind.
When our clients opt for the K&J DESIGNED HOME, they can save around 30-40% off of retail and most homes can be completed within 5-7 days.
We are able to achieve this by designing and sourcing our own furniture straight from the manufacturer, eliminating additional overhead and passing those savings on to our clients.
We are an all-inclusive design firm specializing in full home interiors with style, comfort and functionality in mind.
