Madison Contract Furniture
Madison Furniture Inc. produces upholstered furniture in Tigard, Oregon, USA. Our products are engineered for the unique requirements of the hospitality and senior living industries. We have a large line of models to pick from, and we often work with designers to create custom furniture. We understand that we are as much a service as a product.

Your client's business is lodging and we understand that the furniture should enhance the experience, not detract from it, so we work to create a product that is comfortable, durable, well-tailored and well-scaled.
Services
Madison Furniture is committed to incorporating environmental sustainability in all our business practices and manufacturing processes.
We feel it is important to provide well-designed furniture in the most environmentally-responsible way possible.
We build our product to withstand the strenuous environment of the contract world.
Our furniture offers strength and durability, and is tailored to meet the needs of use.
Hospitality?
Durability.
Home use?
Comfort.
Senior?
Ease and easy-clean.
We use high grade foams and Oregon-grown Alder so that our products to look and feel as good from day one to several years down the road.
When is your installation?
We realize the business is deadline-oriented and that once the go-ahead is given and financing is arranged, projects need to happen quickly.
We do whatever is possible to accommodate your deadline while recommending that you contact us as soon as possible to leave adequate space for the delivery of fabric.
Our lead time depends largely on the fabric lead time and availability, but once we receive the fabric, we can normally produce and ship within six to eight weeks of the date of invoice.
We select the best components for your project.
In most frames, we use kiln dried alder hardwood and ponderosa pine for some of the very wide boards.
Quality plywood is used to make some shapes.
Our frames are glued, stapled and extremely well blocked.
We never cut corners with a cheaper wood.
Seat springs are sinuous wire sized for the individual piece, and backs either have webbing or springs depending on the style.
Foam cushion cores are always wrapped with fiber and are a minimum 2-pound density, high-resilient foam available in varied levels of firmness to fit your project.
Due to variations in screen displays, finishes shown here may not match actual finishes exactly.
These images are for color reference only.
If you require an actual wood sample please contact us.
If you require a non-standard finish we are using a color system to match laminates or other stain colors you may be using on your project.
Simply supply us with the name of the laminate or a sample of your case goods finish and we will color match for you.
We will also keep a record of the stain number so we can duplicate it in the future.
At Madison we understand the specific seating requirements for seniors.
Seating depths are a little shallower, 19 to be exact.
Seating heights cannot be too high, but not so low as to be scary when sitting, again 19 is ideal.
Seat cushions must be firm but not uncomfortably hard and back support a little more upright and soft with support.
Any product in our line can be made to these specifications simply by designating "senior" in the order.
We are in the process of adding a selection of fabrics designed for seniors and will have those shown under the fabrics tab, crypton select.
