Our Manufacturer warrants that it's merchandise is free from manufacturing defect (workmanship and/or material) and will replace the item or defective part for a period of up to (1) year from the date of purchase.
Mattresses will carry a (3) year warranty. This will not include normal wear and tear during your use of the item. Please contact us with any warranty issues that may arise. If your merchandise has damage/defect, we will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts within 24 hours depending on availability of product. We will remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item regarding any damage or defect. Once we place your order with our manufacturer they will pull your items off their shelves.
