I started NePalo Cabinetmakers in 2002.
Fine woodworking had been a hobby of mine for a long time, but by profession, I was trained as an engineer and received my MBA from UT Austin.
With this background, I spent several years working as a banker, a consultant, a production manager, and a software designer.
My heart, however, has always gravitated toward building beautiful things.
Taking stock of our life, one day my wife suggested I take a chance and pursue my real passion - woodworking.
We embraced the change in lifestyle and with the support of family and friends I began this journey with the hope of building a business that would incorporate both my engineering skills with my artistic vision.

Then we draw up plans for your consideration, usually within four business days after our initial meeting.
The plans are made using CAD software to insure better comunication.
We work closely with you to ensure that your needs are met and will modify the initial design until we have created your dream design.

It depends on the type of project that you want, but in some cases we can deliver your project in 3 weeks, in some other it would take longer.
We deal with custom furniture so each project is unique.

We will work with the wood of your choosing.
