Most orders are delivered within 2 - 3 weeks of being transferred to us. Depending on your location (rural, beyond points, etc) please allow up to 5 weeks from order. All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged, notify us immediately.
If you receive a damaged item, we will assist you in receiving a replacement as quickly as possible - at no cost to you. Most of the furniture we deliver is fully assembled. Some bed frames, dining tables, desks, etc will require minor assembly which is not included. The delivery driver will bring the item through the front door for you. Let us know ahead of time if there are any obstacles such as a walk up building with no elevator.
