Mesquite Interiors only uses lumber has been reclaimed from the bottom of three reservoirs in Sonora Mexico. Our mesquite is kiln dried to less than 5% moisture content, guaranteed. Being under water for over 40 years makes the wood become more stable, helps the glue to adhere better, and allows for a truer color uniformity. Mesquite is the perfect wood for the discerning homeowner, who has an appreciation of quality and artistry in furniture.
Our mesquite comes from full size mesquite logs, that are hand selected for it's high quality grain and unique strength. Once chosen, it is then decided what is its best use; should it be made into a fine dining room table, or a couple of end tables to finish out a living room. The logs are then cut into the precise pieces need for that project.
