Kramer Furniture & Cabinet Makers
Our story begins in 1972 when Tom Kramer began importing British and European antiques to the United States. Each trip to a dedicated group of dealers throughout Great Britain yielded a full 40-foot container load of furniture, rugs, small case goods, art, and ceramics to be sold to customers across the country.

After 15 years of this business model, Tom encountered a dwindling supply of high quality inventory in Europe, which combined with a disadvantageous exchange rate, sparked the start of a new phase for the company.Tom acquired equipment to manufacture a wide selection of farmhouse furniture and turned piece designs. Together with a small team of local, southern Indiana craftsmen - the company began to manufacture custom furniture for clients.

This core element of fine craftsmanship and high quality hardwood furniture remains a vibrant part of the overall business portfolio. And over the past 25 years, new market segment activity has also emerged. We now work in a wide variety of commercial and residential markets.
